Completed schooling from Khowang, Seven Sister English Academy. Joined Moran College and did his HS and BSc from the same. In 2012, joined Department of Life Sciences, Dibrugarh University for Masters programme. Specialization interest is Fish and Fisheries and continued Ph.D in the same University. Appointed as Scientist-B in an ICMR sponsored project from Nov 2021 to Sep 2022.

Qualification

He has passed his HSLC in the year 2007 from Seven Sister English Academy, Khowang; HS in the year 2009 from Moran College and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from Moran College (Dibrugarh University) in the year 2012. He has completed his Masters in Life Sciences in the year 2014 from Department of Life Sciences, Dibrugarh University. He completed his Ph. D. on the topic "Studies on feeding and reproductive biology of Rainbow snakehead Channa bleheri with special reference to its breeding and captive breeding" in the year 2022.
