Completed B. Com in 1992 from Tinsukia College affiliated under Dibrugarh University. Completed M. Com from Dibrugarh University in 1995. Joined Bordubi College as a Lecturer on 5th August 1996. Completed B. Ed. in 1998 from Centre of Teacher Education, Tinsukia affiliated under Dibrugarh University. Qualified SLET in the year 2006. Completed M. Phil in 2015 and Ph.D in 2019 from Assam University, Silchar under the supervision of Prof. Ratan Borman.
Research Interest:
Human Resourse Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Social Responsibility, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare.
